Cockle meat

Meromar Seafoods B.V. is cooking the meat with a steam boiler. After cooking the meat is separated from the shell and washed and graded carefully. The cockle meat can be delivered in buckets, frozen in our nitrogen freezer or directly canned from the cooking line.
